MÖBUS

Few designed objects are as universal as shoes. Sneakers are an essential part of the uniform fashion of the urban nomad. They are not just functional playthings: they are part of the way in which we present ourselves to the world.

In May of 2005 I was a winner in the Möbus Footwear Design Competition. Möbus is a German shoe company. After more than 20 dormant years, this major name in German sporting history has returned. A famous brand with a unique history. Möbus features shoes of unique design, which was always produced exclusively in Germany.

For the Möbus Footwear Design Competition I created seven unique entries. Each featured retro style design, as well as innovative lacing concepts and multiple color combinations.
